About Me Kari Watson

Kari Watson is a creative media veteran with 20+ years of experience in leadership development, change management, corporate strategy, and operational efficiencies. Her keen interest in leadership and change transformation began during her experiences in executing acquisitions and mergers for two of the largest golf management companies in the world.

Kari continued to develop her expertise as a corporate director within Sony Pictures Entertainment, and led one of the largest change transformation initiatives at Paramount Pictures, as a Vice President of Technology and Strategy.

Over the last five years, Kari has integrated the use of Leading with Emotional Intelligence into her programs. She has consulted in a variety of vertical markets, including entertainment, marketing, non-profit, global event management, digital identity, and public relations.

Kari has an engaging demeanor and proven ability to work with executives to identify challenges and enrich team effectiveness. All of her development approaches are interactive and tailored specifically to meet the challenges of your organization.
